Healthcare analytics with practical system-building experience.
I am Adi Safwan, Head of Data Analytics and Insights Unit at Jerudong Park Medical Centre in Brunei Darussalam. My background spans Medical Records, Health Information, healthcare reporting, database development, dashboard creation, and practical healthcare informatics.
My work focuses on improving healthcare data accessibility, reporting accuracy, workflow visibility, and operational monitoring through dashboards and internal systems. I often work at the point where paper-based processes, Excel-heavy reporting, operational requirements, and management dashboards need to become clearer and more structured.
